Lauryn D. Bianco, DO

Specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction, Dr. Bianco treats patients with degenerative joint disease requiring primary total joint replacement, as well as those with complex joint conditions in need of revision surgery. Dr. Bianco has advanced training in robotic-assisted joint replacement using the MAKO system to support surgical precision and promote optimal outcomes.

In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Bianco holds a dual Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, having completed both concurrently during medical school. Her background in business and healthcare administration enhances her ability to deliver efficient, patient-centered, and team-based care.

Dr. Bianco’s clinical interests include primary hip and knee arthroplasty, direct anterior total hip replacement, revision joint replacement, cementless implant technology, and perioperative care pathways that promote early recovery and long-term function. She is passionate about integrating evidence-based medicine with cutting-edge surgical technologies to deliver individualized care focused on early mobility, functional restoration, and patient-centered outcomes.

A native of Vineland, New Jersey, Dr. Bianco is proud to serve the community where she was raised. She completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at Inspira Health Network and fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, Maryland. During her training, she was actively involved in orthopaedic research, contributing to several peer-reviewed publications. Her research has been presented at national and international conferences in the field of hip and knee arthroplasty.

Outside of the operating room, Dr. Bianco enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
