Dr. Terranova took the time to go over everything in my files with me. She didn't rush me and was patient as she explained things I really didn't understand. Her personality says a lot for the type of doctor she is....she really cares about her patients. After I left she reviewed my MRI and X-Rays and saw something she questioned so she called me on my way home and informed me that she wanted more work done. I can't say enough about the care and concern she took with me.

Dr Terranova is very patient. She takes her time and listens to me. I had two injections, one in my back and one in my knee with the help of her staff. Didn't feel a thing!! She has helped me before and I'm sure I will be back to her she is kind and gentle. I'm glad she is my doctor!!!!

Dr. Terranova is a young intelligent medical professional who has a bright future ahead. She has the ability to relax a nervous individual like me and explain what my aliments are and the procedure for the upcoming procedure (successful outcome). One can’t ask for a better outcome than that. It is my opinion, if she is not an upcoming nominee in the future for a title of Laureate in the Nobel Award in Medicine, the Nobel committee needs to re-examine their findings.

She's friendly. One over my MRI with me showed me MRI on her computer screen. Wants to get more information and another MRI since that one is a few years old before we decide on the course of action. However, she told me to continue to do the exercises that day gave me at physical therapy and to walk and ride a bicycle if possible.

Great bedside manner

Wait time was GREAT. Got right in. Best ever. However, Dr said nothing much could be done for my neck/shoulder/arm pain/hand weakness, other than PT. She would NOT renew an Rx for Oxy. I asked why? She said it's a controlled substance in NJ, and I don't fit the criteria. I used 13 Oxy pills in one year, ONLY when the pain was terrible, because I can't really take NSAIDS. And The old Oxy Rx was Prescribed from Ridgewood Orthopaedics, but she wouldn't renew. So, because of the morons that are killing themselves with illegal Oxy on the streets,responsible seniors like myself must do without?

I’m so impressed with Dr. Terranova, she answered all my questions, and I left her office, feeling so much better, I was so stressed beforehand.

Knowledgeable and accommodating

The doctor spoke very loudly and didn’t try to make any personal connection. She didn’t suggest any pain relief. Told me to see the other specialist I had already seen. And gave me an RX for PT. Later I found out that she is the “pain specialist”, she made no reference to relieving my pain. She was very short and seemed in a big hurry!

I don’t think Dr. Terranova took much time wit me. She basically didn’t have any answer to my pain issues and simply said my X rays were fine.

She was very nasty and rude just because I reacted to the injection she is giving me. Everybody pain level is different. Am a registered nurse and I deal with patients who are scared and sometimes faint but I never mistreat them. She is very unprofessional and somebody needs to speak to her about her demeanor. I do not want to ever deal with this so called doctor ever again nor recommend her to anybody.

She spoke in terms I could understand and that is very important to me. Suggested that I will need surgery to correct my condition and let me know who at the practice would do this type of surgery.

Was expecting the PA to administer my knee injection and was surprised to see D. Terranova instead. My 4th injection and she was absolutely pain free with the fluid removal and injection. No pressure...no pain. Will ask for her again and likely see her for future back pain issues.
