My expectation with the doctor fell short Because I didn’t think that the doctor realized how much discomfort I was in, and I didn’t feel that I had some understanding of how to cope with tinnitus-

I really like the but as I went to pick up my next appointment I was hit with a $353 bill in prior situations I have been told up front that they would be out of pocket expense. When I said this to the lady that took care of me on the desk she made me feel really uncomfortable and I paid for it. She didn't even give me any options or asked how much do I have now? We can bill you for the rest when I was told where my insurance at. That's my right. I've never cried so hard and felt so low to the ground I myself am a store manager and I work with the public everyday and I would never make a person feel that bad

I've been sick 3 months. Many other dr & urgent care visits with no proper diagnosis. She listened to EVERY word of my complaints then asked more questions. Found the problem she said most regular drs will miss. Took the time to explain it verbally & visually with pictures. Thankful for her patience, knowledge and expertise.

She addressed my concerns & treatment. She came back in when I asked questions.I was told I needed a total of 4 weeks of shots. Dr Murrill squeezed me in for that because the other dr was sick so it would be 2 weeks.! This to me is so scary I’m terrified by not having any hearing in my right ear . She was great!

The office was efficient and running on time, which is very much appreciated. Dr. Merrill was thorough in reviewing my health history, and gave an assessment of how we should move forward in handling my symptoms, as well as a plan for future treatment if illness reoccurs. She was very friendly and respectful.

Lauren is the best. I had my first appointment with her last year and for my appointment yesterday I requested her. My sister is looking for an ENT Doctor and I gave her the phone number to the office and Lauren’s name. She’s knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and has a great personality.

Great doctor who listens to her patients!

I just love her she is awesome

Did not offer other alternatives for treatment besides surgery. Consultation was very rushed and brief. Did not explain side effects of surgical procedures, and possible complications. Only provided paper work regarding procedures after consultation was over, so I wasn’t able to ask questions regarding surgery. I did not trust her opinion seemed to only want to perform surgery to make money.
