Not one doctor has suggested that I go to sleep doctor, for my insomnia! None of the sleep meds help me . I’ve been struggling for over 10 yrs.

Dr. Lauren Havard, M.D. joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two different Banner Medical Group clinics as well as in the Banner Boswell Hospital, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist. She completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency located in Phoenix, AZ and attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen. Her 3rd year was spent in Chichester, England (where she met her husband) and 4th year all throughout the US. Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
