Dr. Lauren “Beth” Duensing, M.D., is a dedicated Pediatric Rheumatologist with the Pediatrics Clinic at Family Health, whose personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis inspired her to care for children and teenagers with rheumatologic diseases.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of South Florida/Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. To further her expertise, she completed a fellowship in Pediatric Rheumatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham/Children’s of Alabama.
Dr. Duensing has years of experience treating children and teens with a wide range of autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders like Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, Childhood Lupus, and Juvenile Dermatomyositis. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, American Academy of Pediatrics, the Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatism Research Foundation, and the Arthritis Foundation.
