Indifferent. Spent maybe 2 minutes with me. Had no Interest in helping me solve the problems I am experiencing. Explanation of the hearing test was inadequate.
Dr.Bogdan explained to me the test results to me and what my options were she also explained why I was having trouble with my ear.
Dr.Bodgen was well prepared with my case, and a great communicator!
