Dr. Bechtold and her team provide stellar care every single day visit! From the voice attendant (who I forget every time) to the front desk, medical assistant, nurses, and Eric (OT)! They answered all my questions, set me up for success before, during and after surgery. Each one of them is a ROCKSTAR! 🤘🌟I am very grateful for each and every one of them. ☀️

She earned her medical degree at the University of Washington in Seattle before moving to the midwest to complete her residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Barnes Jewish Hospital/Washington University in Saint Louis, MO. She remained at Washington University to complete a fellowship in hand and peripheral nerve surgery, with an emphasis on microsurgical techniques and extremity soft tissue reconstruction.
She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors society and is board eligible by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Bechtold enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and being active outdoors.
