The doctor was nice and did a good job, the only big downside was how far behind schedule Eyehealth NW is. I’ve tried 2 locations now and it has been anywhere from 45 minutes behind my scheduled appointment to an hour and a half which was my experience yesterday. I feel bad for the providers that they have to be playing catch up all day and as a patient it was very frustrating as I had another appointment I missed. I hope y’all are able to schedule patients more thoughtfully in the future.
