I have been seeing Dr. Fitzpatrick since being diagnosed with Grave's Disease. She is compassionate, smart and very knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate how much she stays on top of new developments in her specialty. And, how quickly she answers questions on her portal. I highly recommend her.

Dr Fitzpatrick is an excellent physician. She is prompt and her office is run well. She is warm and caring and has always responded between appointments when I have had questions or concerns. I hear wonderful things about the other providers in the practice as well.

Dr. Laura L. Fitzpatrick, MD, MPH is a graduate of Duke University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree with Honors and Distinction. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received both her Doctor of Medicine and Master’s in Public Health degrees. She returned to Duke University Medical Center, completing both her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology. She holds board certifications in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine from ABIM. Dr. Fitzpatrick has been practicing medicine since 2002 and endocrinology since 2005, having been in group endocrinology practice for the past 14 years.
