Always so pleasant, attentive and understanding

During my annual examination, which I had not undergone for three years, I inquired about a pap smear. Dr Borthwick, informed me that I had received one the previous year. Although I knew that was not true, I didn't want to seem off putting to her so I just left. I sought confirmation of the specific date of my last pap smear. To my surprise, it transpired that the procedure had been performed three years prior. The experience left me feeling rushed, dismissed, and deeply uncomfortable, as if I had become an inconvenience to her schedule. At this moment I was not sure if she had mixed me up with someone else? This incident marked a significant departure from my previous experiences with Deeney and Associates, where I had been a patient for over two decades and had never felt so humiliated.
