I was seen quickly for an eye emergery at both locations and all the staff and doctors took care of me helping me with my eye problem. I was very happy and grateful for their help.

One day after the surgery I 'm having no pain. The nurses were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Meyer is very thorough and takes the time to answer questions etc.

Disappointed in the results of the cataract surgery. He didn't put in a strong enough lens. My vision is not clear and have a very hard time seeing at night.

He explains everything and puts my mind at ease.

After a very kurt and impersonal exam, I don't recall being given any information to help me understand the delimma I was facing. I was simply told, "Huh, I don't know what's going on." No attempt was given to be sympathetic or even a bit compassionate for a situation that has permanently altered my life and my ability to function in my work and daily activities. He simply stated he was going to refer me to a specialist, but he didn't even indicate where or who. He reiterated, tho he said he didn't know what was going on, nothing could be done to help me. I sincerely hope my experience was an outlier. I can honestly say I have no desire to be derogatory or insulting; yet, I know I will not encourage anyone I care for to seek wisdom and care from this office and physician. Dr. Meyer, I hope there is far more empathy in your interactions and future patients experience care I didn't receive.
