He answered all my questions and then some.
Very thorough exam for my cataracts. Gave options and explained each. I look forward to Dr. Thompson helping me to improve my vision.
We did not feel cared for my Dr Thompson, his explanation of what was causing my son’s chronic itching was very vague. I felt like I had to ask too many questions instead of him Giving us the information. It felt like he had more of a “suck it up” type attitude rather than being compassionate to the discomfort my son was experiencing. He gave directions for a regime which included an eye drop. When we checked out no one knew if it was OTC or Rx and couldn’t give us directions. I had to ask and ask and finally after conferring both with the pharmacy and the receptionist it was determined that it is Rx. We really didn’t leave feeling hopeful for relief or for anything getting better.
He was professional, understanding and explained things clearly. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Good job
Landon is very kind and professional to work with.
He seemed through but talked a little too quietly for an old timer like me to hear well. He was very nice though. I was really wanting to know why my eyes have changed so suddenly and drastically and if any of my medicines could be causing that which he didn't seem to go over that question. But very nice in person.
Dr Landon Thompson and staff were very thorough, easing my concerns regarding my thyroid eye disease. Thank you!!
