Dr. Landon Brown, M.D. graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Minor in Business. He received his MD from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Texas, San Antonio. Dr. Brown also completed an Advanced Endoscopy fellowship at Vanderbilt University.
He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American Pancreatic Association. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Brown joined BGA in August 2023.

Great dr. Took time to actually listen which is so rare these days. Only complaint was waiting in room an hour after my scheduled appt time before he came in! No excuse for that really. My time is just as valuable …
I barely spent any time in the waiting room and was in the exam room for less than two minutes before Dr. Brown came in. He immediately addressed my concerns and recognized the urgency of my condition, scheduling my procedure right away. He was patient, thorough, compassionate, and had an exceptional bedside manner. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that I was in excellent hands. I will absolutely return to him for any future procedures and highly recommend him to anyone in need of his care.
Dr. Brown is a rare find! He listens to his patients, considers possible issues, and most importantly potential solutions, all while exhibiting A+ beside manner.
