Dr. Richardson was very personal and Professional. She was very easy to talk to and understood all of my questions and answer them effectively. I actually enjoyed my visit which doesn't seem normal for a doctors office when I'm usually sick.

She is a very good listener and diagnostician, and reassuring about minor complaints. She does not recommend unnecessary medications or tests. I’m very thankful she’s my primary!

Dr. LaDonna P. Richardson received her B.S. Degree in biology and her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed both her Internship and Residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center, where she was the Chief Resident during her last year. Dr. Richardson was in practice on the Carraway and Medical Center East campuses before joining Internal Medicine Specialists in early 2006. A native of Alabama, Dr. Richardson enjoys music, painting, reading, hiking, and camping. She is married and the mother of two children.
