The lady that checked me in was friendly, the nurse was patient, friendly and helpful.I had flu like symptoms and felt horrible, instead of going to the lab they came to me to keep me from spreading it in case I had it (was tested for flu and COVID both were negative) but the office went above and beyond to keep the other patients safe as well. Never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

My regular doctor was out on vacation so the appointment clerk stated that this doctor could see me because I stated I had an infection. I went to the appointment, went to the lab, waited for the results,was told I had and infection. Was asked where to send the prescription, and it will be there in an hour. The next day I called to see why no prescription. I was told that they didn't see where she prescribed anything, however, they could see where she ordered a culture. I called the next day to see what was going on. Still no answers and no prescription. It's day six now and I'm still trying to find out whether I have an infection or not. So upset!

She is patient, caring, and does not rush her appointments. She takes the time to ask questions and truly listens to her patients' answers.
