Dr. Foster genuinely cares about her patients. The experience so far with Innovista's phone system is a great improvement from the previous Sanitas.

Horrific bedside manner. As a supposed PRIMARY CARE physician, seems to CARE very little, except for meeting quotas and making excuses. “I have this many messages and Tommy Flores and crew has this many referrals”, it’s ridiculous. If you have more than a simple cold, go ANYWHERE else. She’s clearly out of her depth, as a MERE DO (know several MDs and they all say the path to being a DO isUCH easier). Anyhow, she always seems “put out”, takes forever to answer MyChart messages, and referrals take weeks, and having CLEAR CUT PROOF that you have multiple areas of chronic pain, will never prescribe anything and doesn’t seem to care at all. I am changing PCPs and would NEVER recommend her. Went simply because she was at the Spring location 5 minutes from my home. I could go on and on, but hopefully someone at this new Innovista will get the “gist”. She’s ill equipped for this job, PERIOD.
