Dr. L. Shea Hailey is an interventional cardiologist at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Meridian. He graduated magna cum laude with his doctorate of osteopathic medicine from University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. His internal medicine internship and residency were completed at Baptist Health Systems Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Hailey continued his post-graduate training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology.
Dr. Hailey is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, and he is a member of the Mississippi Medical Association.
Dr. Hailey has earned numerous awards including the A.H. Russakoff M.D. Award for Exceptional Devotion and Commitment to Patient Care. He has also served on various volunteer committees, such as the Heart Council and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. Dr Haley is a well-informed doctor who has helped me to restore my heart health by listening to me and encouraging me to listen to him the combination has gotten me better through attention to detail and willingness to try and reduce medications as well as the wonderful results I have gotten from the sleep doctor Wallace. Again it was something that I resisted but I really saw a difference after I started using the CPAP.❣❣
I had my annual visit with the doctor him and his staff were outstanding. They were very professional, and he answered all my questions I had very thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I love this clinic. Dr Haley is a wonderful Dr. The nurses are always polite and very respectful. Will continue to see him.
He really took the time to listen to my concerns for my husband's high blood pressure since he had a stroke and a heart attack. He decided to change the medication after looking at 3 months of blood pressure records submitted.
