I’ve had 3 appointments with Dr. Peterson so far and for 2, he was more than 45 minutes late. The third appointment, he was 30 minutes late. The appointments have all felt rushed. My options seem limited to cortisone or surgery and he doesn’t seem to try to understand my case individually, just presenting the same protocol as he would for any other similar injury.

Dr I saw took off my ingrown roe nail on right foot wondered why I was not offered befotr?

I was seen in a timely manner by friendly and competent staff. Dr. Peterson explained what the issue was with my foot, recommended a treatment plan, and three days later I am much improved.

The doctor is great, knowledgeable, and listens to the patients.

Dr. Peterson and all the staff at Suburban Orthopaedics treated me with respect and took the time to answer all my questions.

I originally saw Kyle after being impressed with his credentials & ratings. He ordered a Cat Scan & when I returned having had the scan he was negative on what he thought he could do through surgery, when during the first visit I was excited when he indicated he could redo my previous surgery, successfully. After seeing the Cat Scan results his comment was that I have alot of arthritis in the foot & suggested I get new orthotics at a cost of $300.00 not covered by Medicare, instead of surgery.

Dr. Peterson is the kindest, most genuine doctor I have ever gone to! His empathy and concern for his patients is very heartfelt and comforting! I completely trust him and his judgment!

We love Dr Peterson but the front office ladies are rude, act like we are an inconvenience to them, roll their eyes, hym and haw on the phone when asking for something, and the wait times are ridiculously long with no consideration to how busy we are as individuals, and its making us reconsider who we see. That is a simple scheduling fix. Space the apts out further.

I had an appointment with Dr. Peterson but never saw him. I was told they were verybusy. His physician assistant saw and assessed me instead. There was another issue that Dr Peterson said he would discuss with me at my appointment, but instead I had to discuss with his assistant. I should have been advised when I made my appointment that I would be seeing someone else.
