Kyle is always good to explain everything so I understand what’s going on.

Amazing experience I felt completely comfortable with Dr Otteson!

He is fast but efficient. He is always available and willing to answer all my questions and always has good conversations.

My whole appt. From start to finish took 30 minutes! What a pleasant surprise not to have to wait an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Otteson was very friendly and thorough with my exam. I actually enjoyed my visit.

My suggestion for him would be to go scent free for the clinic. I believe that all medical personnel should abstain from cologne, perfumes, and other scented products. Such items can bring on migraines and breathing issues among other things.

Very kind and gentle with children, but needs some training in working with kiddos who have communication delays or disorders. Seems knowledgeable in his field, but doesn’t necessarily look at his notes from previous session unless prompted. I am still comfortable with my child seeing him, but would like to see the previously mentioned improvements.

He was very nice and helpful. He didn't have the answers for the tint of glasses but knew another dr did so got us on her schedule the next time we are in town.

Kyle was very good he found a tear in my retina and referred me to a specialist. I was very pleased with him

He did not even see the 5 large nevi on my retinas. After I asked him about them he never even went back and did another slit lamp exam to look at them. He did offer a test (picture) but did no true slit lamp exam on them. Did not look at contact lens on the eyes before vision test.

Super odd comments made to my daughter…she said the instrument was cold and then he goes on about something about his cold heart? Just really off putting….glad I was in the room with her.

Poor communication. Wasn’t informed if my eyes changed until I got the paperwork and asked if they changed. He didn’t explain my next steps on if it was important to get new glasses prescription or if my current ones would work well enough.
