Bio Dr. Chapple’s areas of specialty include minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, strokes, aneurysms, vascular malformations and acoustic neuromas. He is passionate about being at the forefront of ongoing research and delivering the latest, most innovative treatments to the most complex neurological disorders.
A native of Lorain, Ohio, Dr. Chapple received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University. He completed medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and his residency in neurological surgery and fellowship at The Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He also trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering in oncologic surgery of the brain and spine.
Dr. Chapple has published articles on the treatment of wide-neck aneurysms in a number of medical journals – including the Neurosurgical Focus Journal.
Dr. Chapple joins Dr. Benitez, Dr. Wells-Roth and Dr. Saphier as part of the Endovascular team; a unique group of doctors who will use their skill and training to collaboratively treat strokes, aneurysms, vascular malformations, acoustic neuromas and more.
