An absolutely amazing doctor!!
Outstanding (including all the Staff I have encountered at CHARM)! Dr. Allan used stem cells from my bone marrow and plasma rich platelets from my blood to repair a torn meniscus in my right knee that I had injured on May 8, 2024. I had severe anxiety about the bone marrow draw, but he answered all my questions and was able to assuage most of my fears. The actual bone marrow draw ended up much easier than I had anticipated. I experienced a dull achy squeezing discomfort up and down my leg, but it was very manageable and tolerable (pleasantly and surprisingly better that I thought it would be). At 24 hours post procedure, I was able to walk unassisted. At 11 days post procedure, I am around 90-95% from where I was prior to my knee injury. Looking forward to more healing.
