I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor and his office. Throughout my care, I felt I had to constantly follow up on issues that should have been handled by the office, including paperwork, communication, and coordination of care. When I advocated for myself and asked for updates or accountability regarding these delays, I was made to feel like I was the problem rather than a patient trying to ensure my medical needs were being addressed. What was most concerning was being labeled a "difficult" or "problem" patient simply for asking questions and expecting the office to follow through on its responsibilities. Patients should not be made to feel guilty for advocating for their own health, especially when there are repeated administrative errors or missed follow-ups. I understand medical offices are busy, and mistakes can happen. However, professionalism includes taking responsibility when things fall through the cracks and treating patients with respect.

Dr. Schillinger ALWAYS offers his full attention, never seems to be in a rush (although he’s a very busy, in demand cardiologist), and is consistently willing to answer any questions. Plus, he’s just a nice guy!

One of THE BEST clinical visits I’ve ever had. He took the time to thoroughly explain my wellness concerns and answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed or silly. A very brilliant physician. A rare find in this era.
