Very professional and polite
Extremely informative
Interactions with doc and staff were very pleasant and I felt well cared for. Downside was that checkin, xrays and brief talk with doc took close to 2 hours. Lots of waiting.
Extremely pleased with my care and treatment and would highly recommend Dr Hirshorn and his team.
I have see Dr Hirshorn before. He listens to all concerns. Answers all.questions. Then gives conservative recommendations. This is exactly what I want from a bone doctor. Surgery is always the last choice. Again, this approach to a bad knee is what I need.
Dr Hirshorn was quick to developed a plan that works for me now and hopefully long into the future. When the time comes, I will have him replace my knee. He replaced my husband’s hiip. 6’years later he is free of pain with no limitations or limp!
Easy to communicate with and obviously possesses an extremely high level of knowledge and physical skill in his chosen field!

Doctor Hirshorn was great, but the nurse working with him had a terrible attitude. While taking my information, before I could give my answer, she cut me off and was on to the next question. Seemed as if she didn’t want to hear what I was going to say. I told her about it too.
