Should NOT take so long for an infusion...
Very professional, very thorough, and handled expediently.

Good, friendly atmosphere. Good at explaining medical terms, etc.
I am not retired & have a very tight work schedule. My appt was set for 3:40. I drove across town & after seeing Dr. CHEN i was told it was too late in the day to get my lab work done & asked , when I wanted to come back for bloodwork or where outside the office I wanted to go to have it done. If bloodwork is always a part of the appointment, then the workflow should be scheduled as such with the lab pick-up in mind.It will unfortunately be at least a week until I can get my labwork done at this point.
Quite thorough, & accommodating.
Excellent doctor; very professional and listens to the patients concerns and needs.
He is very kind, does a thorough examination and listens to what are medical issues are before prescribing medication. Gives helpful advice on in getting referrals to other physicians if needed.
Awesome Doctor! The staff are as awesome as the Doc. Check them out.
