Didn't feel I got the care I should have received. Especially after waiting so long to get in. Found out I can't even see a different Dr now.

He didn't really listen to me. He gave me the same run down like every other doctor has. He told me that my hands going numb during sleep was a sleep apnea problem.

If more Physician's, Nurse Practitioners and Nurse's read over notes from previous Doctor's notes they would save themselves and the patient time. Every aliment I have is documented. I certainly expected to receive an injection for my very painful left side. All I received from this doctor was a handshake and to take Tylenol for my pains. Dr. Jalbert had many x-rays done, lab work and my testimony and I hate that he moved.
I will have my GI Doctor send my ilistomy and colonstomy results from my appointment on March, 5, 2025 to Dr Chen. I haven't decided if I will be returning for my appointment in May.

Had .morning appt wait time was 1 hr just in lobby. Scheduler for next appt did not schedule according to my request and in fact scheduled it 3 hrs earlier, had an intimidating demeanor such that I was afraid to ask for another appt closer to my request. This is not usually the case. Dr chen was 4 rating but scheduler was 2.

He seemed proficient. He took the time to examine and question to understand the problem and then took the time to explain a course of diagnostic tests to determine an effective treatment plan.
