De. Chen has iii done nothing for me to help with keeping my Rheumatoid Arthritis from progressing. He has took x-rays through out the entire 6 or 7 years I have been seeing him but has never once mentioned that I had a crack in the bone of my foot , not to mention the edema in my bone marrow, although I told him when I first started coming that I felt like I had fluid behind my toes. I told him once I had neuropathy in my feet and I figured it was caused by the RA but he stood there and told mme straight out that RA did not cause neuropathy! I feel like he has ignored all the x-rays and lab work and just let it progress ending up with all these problems and has the gall to tell me when I seen the orthopedic about my messed up foot but to let them deal with my knees too since I’m apparently walking bone on bone, He would refuse to give me prednisone when I called in and ask, well he did give me a total of 9 pills one time that did absolutely nothing help at all.

Nurse was a little defensive when I asked why my RX didnt get called in. It was called in to another pharmacy but no one notified me, so I was without my meds for a month. Honestly if she had just been compassionate about the situation it would have been fine, but she wasn't. Visit with Doc was good a little rushed but he's always super nice. Love coming to this clinic.

I honestly wasn't sure about him at first only because of being a new patient and I've not had much luck with Rhumetology Dr's. I've now had him for over a year. I really appreciate and like him. I'm thankful for the 2 different locations due to living out of state.
