They call me on Thursday afternoon to tell me my referral has expired for an appointment on Monday morning. I jump through hoops to get a new referral from TriCare. Then, Monday morning they keep me waiting for my 9:00 am appoint for 44 minutes. They also in the reminder that if the appointment time I show late or miss is a $25.00 fee. Where is my $25 for them starting my appointment almost an hour late and the front desk people are the most unhappy people I've met that are greeting people for obvious horrible medical problems.
