As a new patient I was not informed of what are protocols or procedures that staff does upon new patient appointment. Dr didn’t really know why I was there so that was a red flag for me a physician should read the referral sent to office and look into why I was sent there. He didn’t really listen to what I explained to him and based my visit on something from a image I did for something totally irrelevant to my visit. Staff was unprofessional and demanded me to be examed after I had explained I was uncomfortable with no communication orf to why certain things were being asked. Staff made rude comments about me while I was in the dressing room for a X-ray. Dr then didn’t bother to listen to my concerns. I do not recommend this office and horrible experience for a new patient. Definitely will not be going back.

Staff women wear unprofessional clothing and for that reason they assume patients and visitors are taking pictures of them and then they accuse myself of false accusations by the Doctor after she falsely belittle and defame me of those action. Dr. stood by his staff accusations linking as if I had done wrongly by being in my phone going over my emails regarding my business. And after being downgraded and mocked by the Dr. I felt defamed by his accusation and I still showed him my phone pictures to prove his unethical response and error. Made my presence very uncomfortable after this accusations. There are no signs of no cell phones also.

Dr. Behniwal was right on time for my appointment. When he asked me questions he looked directly at me, took notes on paper. In other words, didn't have his attention fixed on a computer. He noticed I was from out of town and instead of having me come back for a procedure that was essential for making a diagnosis, he made time to do the procedure then. I know he had to rearrange some things but my wait time was minimal. During the procedure I could see on the computer screen what he was looking for and he explained it all which made me relax and I felt as though I was involved in my care. After the procedure was done he explained my options for the future. He treated me with respect and made me feel that at that time in his day my health and well-being were very important to him. And NO CANCER!!! Thank you Dr. Behniwal for caring for your patients.

Pleasant Dr . Day 1 after surgery and I feel a-lot better than i thought’-the dr deserves a 5 star! 3 star for the mix up with my pharmacy, I gave the staff my pharmacy info twice and they still sent to wrong drug store , 2 star for the lady at front desk who checked me in for my surgery. She was not friendly, she looked grumpy and did not greet me. I greeted her! Thank you again Dr. Behniwal!

M first time , so I can’t say much yet, but the one thing I did really appreciate was that , I wasn’t excused on how I was feeling and they set up my appointment same day. All my appointments are set up for next month and getting results right away. I don’t have to wait six months or longer.

My first time seeing Dr Behniwal and I was impressed with his demeanor and he is questions. He wasn’t in a rush and was gentle with my exam and explained what the next step in my are needed to be with patience and kindness. My only complaint or rather comment was he was a bit difficult to understand because of his strong accent and that was made a bit worse because he was speaking thru a mask. But he didn’t mind when I asked him to repeat a few things I didn’t initially understand

Took my dad this morning and the doc was very rude when I asked questions regarding my dads meds. He walked away talking instead of making sure I understood which meds to stop and which to keep giving...... hes very nice to my dad tho.
