After obtaining her Doctor of Medicine from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Dr. Jack completed her residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine where she was Pediatric Chief Resident. Dr. Jack's clinical expertise lends itself to our after-hours clinic on most days of the week, and she is also available for well/sick visits during the day.

Doctor Jack is very personable and thorough. She always takes the time to wash her hands upon entering the room. She gives my children respect by talking to them directly, and gets to know them, listening with an open mind. She sets an appropriately high standard for medical care, helping to teach my children what proper care looks and feels like. They will enter adulthood more empowered and willing to advocate for themselves because of Dr. Jack.

Dr. Jack was a breath of fresh air! As a new mom you never know if what you’re doing is right but you just hope for the best most days! Dr. Jack made me feel so confident and comfortable as a new mom she knew how to calm my son down and get him to smile when he was fussy she is soft spoken and gentle. After she made sure my son was looked at she took the time to ask about me! I never expect my son’s Dr. to ask how I was doing but I felt so seen and heard! Questions I had she answered and made me feel like I was validated in my concerns! Dr. Jack truly is one of a kind and we are so blessed to have her as my sons Pediatrician!
