Kristy is an excellent doctor, but I can't give 5 stars because of time management. I waited longer than I should have to see her after the tech finished doing a very thorough eye exam. There were 3 of us backed up yesterday. When I did see the doctor she was rushed and I didn't feel she was totally focused on me. I do feel I got good care and good information but the atmosphere was rushed. Sometimes if there's an emergency or unexpected event this is unavoidable but I have to say it's been a common issue over the years.
