Dr. Spence is terrible. I don’t understand how she can operate in such an interpersonal profession with lack of empathy and insensitivity. She is full of ego, sarcasm and impatience. She appears irritable when providing explanations and condescending when replying to questions. We literally ended the appointment with a stare off because she wanted to assert her power. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior.

The best doctor! I was high risk with twins and Dr. Spence was just the doctor to see me through my pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner and just an all around a great woman and Doctor. My pregnancy was not easy, but she made every appointment calming and reassuring that me and my babies were in the best hands. I would recommend her to all my ladies out there.
