Dr. Spence is professional, experienced, and an expert in her field. I wouldn’t trust my body with any other doctor. I know I’m getting the beat care from Dr. Spence
Very caring and understanding. Didn't feel uncomfortable or judged by her she was very good at her job.
She knew right away what my problem was/is and took me off the medication I was taking and put me on a medication that is starting to help me. She was very nice and understanding and I have her a hug when we were finished with the appointment.

I normally prefer male OBGYNs but Dr. Spence is hands down an amazing doctor. Sweet, great bedside manner, explains everything clearly.
She’s really funny and very serious overall she’s cool
Argued with my lived experience at every turn. Denied all side effects of birth control. Told me I can’t get my ovaries taken out (I never asked??). Told me to take Vitamin B12 and D (as if I never tried that). And the cherry on top, after I’d been crying for several minutes at the end of the appointment, told me “go get yourself some lunch” and looked at me like I was a beaten puppy and left the room.
Dr. Spence is the best!
