Dr Kruz is absolutely wonderful! I’m not good with sharing my emotions and feelings especially my health issues. I am so comfortable with her that I actually broke down and opened up to her and she is caring, empathetic and actually shows concern and doesn’t treat me like I’m an inconvenience! Very disappointed after telling her about stomach pain it was ignored. My visit today appointment at 3:15 I didn’t leave until 5:15. I could hear other patients come and go so I finally asked nurse had I been forgotten and was told she was the only one on that end. But I felt that I was over looked but was in pain so I did not make a scene but waited.

Outstanding medical service

Dr Kruse did a good job of explaining how they do things there and about the various vaccinations available. I was anew patient and she had read my file before coming into the room which I liked. She made quite a few incorrect assumptions about my condition. She talked about my depression and back pain which I do not have. When I talked about my ability to cope with anxiety and wean off my meds, she said that I had learned coping mechanisms through counseling. I’d had no counseling but had definitely earned coping mechanisms. She seemed to be a bit condescendingly when talking to me about my meds and that was hard as I’ve come a long way in becoming who I am. I might consider CPC again but I will find another provider.

Dr. Kruse took the time to answer any questions that I had. I did not feel that she was rushing through the examination process. Before I left, I felt that she was genuinely concerned about my well being.

Pushed every single vaccine like a used car salesman. I was so angry. Refused to listen to me when I said I didn't want them and continued to be pushy and rude. Even insinuated that i was not informed and proceeded to berate me about refusing vaccines. If I want vaccines, I will ask for them. Otherwise, keep that dialogue to yourself. Very minimal interest in giving me a physical. Refused to give me my EKG even though it is paid for through my job. Said i was wasting my time. Both of my parents had an irregular heart beat in their early 30s so explain to me why i was denied this service? I will never see her again. Debating even returning to the office due to their car salesman pushy stance on vaccines. My wishes WILL be respected. Period.
