Ms. Dickson is a very happy spirited person. She is always smiling. She made sure to address my concerns and actually see them to take action right there in the room. Excellent doctor! She really listens to everything we have to say, she offers great solutions, she is so patient and gentle with my son. I really appreciate how warm and friendly she is. I never feel like we are "just a number" or like our appointment time is rushed - which has definitely been the vibe at other practices.
