Dr. Ates-Hicks is very professional and friendly. She puts me at ease immediately. I was not impressed with the fact that I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before I was even called back to be prepped for my exam.

Very polite and attentive. Took her time explaining things where I could understand. She even went a step further and had me perform a peripheral test to confirm there were no issues there. Would recommend.

I was very impressed. She explained everything to me we discussed. It was assisted, and she explained that she could remove it, but gave me all the information about that and since I have an appointment next month, she said to think it over, which I really appreciated..
