I was only supposed to be there for a quick blood draw, but for some reason they had me scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Bennett. Unfortunately, I didn’t plan to have that much time away from work, so it was a bit frustrating when I had to wait in the patient room for longer than expected to have them confirm that I didn’t have an actual doctor’s appointment (only a blood draw). The communication around uploaded documents from other providers (at Northshore) has also been challenging.
First visit. I’m impressed.
