Dr Sigurdson explains everything so clearly. She is easy to talk to and answered all of my questions in a way that was easily understood. As for my surgical procedure, I had very little post-op pain and recovered quickly. I will definitely recommend her.

Dr. Sigurd son is amazing and I would highly recommend her to others. She takes time to fully review your feet problems by asking thorough questions about your foot issues, she watches you walk, manipulates your feet and then does the X-ray to help her diagnose the problem. Then she is not quick to state her her treatment plan and excuse you, instead she talks you through each step of the plan and waits to spend time answering all my questions. My only regret about seeing her is that I did not do it years sooner.

Dr. Sigurdson is the most intelligent, kind and understanding Dr. I have ever seen. She has guided me through options that allows me to make decisions with her. She takes the time to truely get the full picture when she sees you for Dx and explains it well.

Dr. Sigurdson was very frank with me about her concerns. When I told her about my 2 past experiences with a short boot (both put extra pressure on the back of my calf)and the concern that it contributed to blood clots in both case she chose to use a cast instead. She listened to me and will be sure to communicate with INR staff at Centracare Albany about putting a little higher goal for this time I’m in the cast.

I think Dr Sigurdson is wonderful, but yesterday she told me that I should still wrap my foot and still use betadine but I could just use a bandaid to see orthotic. But the nurse didn't use betadine and just put a bandaid on. I thought that was a little strange
