My appointment was at 10:15 did not get seen until 11:20 ish. The Dr. went to grab gloves to put on and 1dropped on the floor , she picked it off the floor and put it back in the box where the clean gloves were. Not good!!!!!

I was not heard about my concern and why I was there. Particular doctor was about to leave as she was entered to the room. She had not any intention, listening, and doing anything about it. I would intense stress because I know she was just leaving as she entered, I asked a few questions. She answer them vaguely. Then quickly she issued me new glass prescription. when I was exiting, I was asked to pay $70 out of my packet. I told them that I should not have to because I did not come for a prescription, added I have prescription that is way less than two years and I did not need a new prescription and design that asked me to give them back the paper subscription which I did. It was so clear that the doctor had no any other agenda that to issue prescription and charge me. It was a horrible experience had a lot of concern and which I still do with my vision and to be faced with someone who did not care only care for the business aspect of it was disgusting.

Dr. Patel was friendly and very professional. She listened to my concerns snd explained various options in ways that were easy for me to understand. The appointment was excellent.

Dr. Krishna Patel, O.D., received her undergraduate education from Rutgers University, with a major in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY State College of Optometry in New York City, graduating at the top of her class as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
Dr. Patel specializes in Comprehensive Eye Care, Treatment of Eye Disease and Trauma, Optical and Contact Lens Service, and Dry Eye. She is passionate about the quality of care she provides and takes pride in her role in providing care for such a fundamental part of peoples’ everyday lives—their vision. She conducts her appointments with the personalized care and attention she would expect for her own family.
Throughout her career, Dr. Patel has found time to volunteer at vision screenings and other charities, including a mission trip to Jamaica. She is a member of the American Optometric Association.
