His office is great. Their appointments pretty much run on time and they don't rush you through the appointment. The staff are all friendly and kind.

Dr Burgess didnt give me a chance to think about what I needed before he pulled a syringe out of his coat pocket and made the injection in my hand for my trigger finger problem. He is smooth, swift and very professional..

The office is a well-oiled machine; always in a room before or at appt time, & doc (or NP) enters w/in a few min. NP Brendon was new to me, and I liked him very much. He asked quesitons, listened to me and also answered the concerns I had. He handled the joint injections with skill and was knowledgeable in re: to my diagnosis. The staff is always friendly as well.

Didn’t actually see Dr Burgess, was seen by the Nurse Practitioner. Received excellent care and was given a diagnosis and treatment.

Too bad all doctors do not have the courtesy and take the time to explain procedures and outcomes to their patients like doc Burgess does.

We both drive over a hundred miles one way to see Doc Burgess because we have not found anyone near his concern for his patients and providing the best of care.

He is always attentive to and respectful of his patients to ensure they receive the proper care and understand their options.

Dr. Burgess conducted excise surgery on the RA nodules on my hand over a year ago. He and his staff made my experience painless and smooth. I have the nodules again and when I met with him a week ago, he and his staff were exceptional.

Dr Burgess took time to explain my options and condition. Appointment was about 10 minutes late but not bad.

Dr. Burgess is a compassionate person and one who dedicated to his patients.

Dr. Burgess is a top notch doctor, one of the best in the valley. He’s done 9 surgeries all together on both my hands. The biggest one was reconstruction surgery on my middle finger, I bent it sideways and tore the tendon completely, my finger just moved freely. Out of three doctors Burgesses was the only one that would touch it. I can barely tell I ever injured it. He’s also done two carpal tunnel surgeries, two De Quavain surgeries and three trigger finger surgeries. He very good with explaining what’s happening and why and how to fix it. Highly recommend !!!! All my surgeries have been successful.

Dr. Burgess is well educated, up to date on the newest technique and treatment of hand injury or other hand ailments. He explains clearly what he believes is best course of action. He did not push for me to have surgery, but explored other (non- invasive) treatment options (injections and a brace) prior to a mutual decision that surgery was the next option. Dr. Burgess is a skilled surgeon, his suturing left almost no scars. He is well informed about the latest treatment options and is a good listener, as well as a good teacher. I highly recommend this hand surgeon. He's truly an outstanding doctor and surgeon.

So cute! I’m deaf & Dr B & Disela his assistant both taylored interviews & discussions facilitating my needs by writing questions or social distancing w/o mask to enable my lip reading. Procedures explained, questions encouraged & answered. Both Dr B & angel, Disela exceeded my expectations to ensure my unique communication needs were met. I was impressed. I’ve horror stories about how other physicians do not attempt to optimize communication- some not speaking to me, some refusing to see me, some refusing use of ASL Interpreters. Some would not write down questions or even use cell phone “Notes” as method to communicate. So I would assign a 100 to this team of Dr B & Disela. (They deserve a raise).... no they didn’t ask me to say that. Great professionals are rarities....definitely keep these two. Thank you for opportunity to share my thoughts
