Good care. Efficient explanations. Great staff
Everything was explained thoroughly and I was pleased with the entire visit!
He took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had.
Outstanding!!
Brandon is outstanding!
Great dr great treatment 👍
Very informative. I would highly recommend. Great interaction and discussion.
I was first seen by PA Brandon who was very professional and understanding of my pain and fears (i am disabled 80 Yr old who suffered injury to both wrists due to a fall). Dr. Burgess was away from office so I did not meet him until after MRIs and reports came in. His attention was immediate, clear, caring and an excellent listener. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Burgess - by the way was recommended by my podiatrist, Dr McAllister. If Brandon is available, I also recommend him. As for the scheduling staff and front desk, they are polite and attentive. We did run into some glitches BUT they demonstrated they were doing their best to resolve and they did. I am looking forward to my follow-ups!
Professional and provides details of what to expect. Patient and answers all questions without making you feel rushed. Procedure was just as explained and follow up was easy.
