I was a New Patient and was actually looking forward to meeting this Doctor. I read good things about him. However, I had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes to get called in to a, with one of the front desk ladies asking if anyone wants to reschedule because he was running 50-60 minutes late. I live an hour away so, I declined. When I was finally seen, he literally spent 4 minutes with me and said he would go over some of my results on my next visit which is two months from now. Not to mention, I was suppose to get a Prescription for a New Drug----Yep, you guessed it, it was never sent today. That is why I gave this Doctor a Poor result. He might be a good doctor for some but, I did not think so for me. Very unpersonal and in my opinion, not a way to treat patients. Wish I could have give a Five Star.

I had gotten an EKG done and also a device check instead of having to wait for a few more months. Dr Krishnan came in while tests on my device were being done to save me a trip from going back to the room. Had a great conversation and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and saved us a trip for coming back and now don’t have to go back for 6 months. I was not happy with my experience with this doctor or my appointment. I had waited quite a long time to get in and his manner suggested he was busy and wasn’t really listening. They also did not have the records needed to make any decisions, even though I have been a patient in the practice for 15+ years, apparently they only have records for about two years? Also because this cardiologist is a specialist, he can only address electrical issues in my heart and not anything about high blood pressure or other concerns I had and have been waiting to have discussed. The nurse told me my blood pressure was high when she took it, but he told me that that was not his role to address. This was something I expressed concerned about when I made the appointment and had been told by another doctor to be evaluated. I have been a patient at Midwest cardiology for 15 to 20 years but I am going to look for another practice.

The Dr flatly refused, even when pressed, to tell me the side effects of the medication he was prescribing. He told me ‘I seemed like the type that would get all of them,’ and that he wasn’t going to tell me. He told me I’d ‘just know’ if I got them. Which is wild, insulting, and unethical. Took over 3 weeks to get in. Even though website states same day appointments. Now another 4 weeks for testing to be done. A lot of waiting and wondering what is happening with me.

My new patient appointment today speaking with Dr. Krishnan himself lasted from 3:08pm - 3:13pm (literally only spent 5 minutes with me). He was nice and all but just came in, didn't go over my EKG results at all (which I just looked them up on the portal and noticed they were abnormal but he never mentioned it) and said he wanted to schedule me for more testing and walked out without asking if I had any questions (which I did have - it was all just so rushed). Now I have a lot more questions that I didn't get answered and wasnt even given the opportunity to ask.

Pathetic bed-side manner. Requested a hard copy of my echo report & he told me he had no way of giving it to me. I needed to get it at front desk. Suddenly, as I was leaving his assistant handed it to me. I have no confidence in his ability unlike my total confidence in Dr Marienescu. I

Poor Dr a Krishnan had to explain all that to me, too. It was not a good way to start our relationship. But I didn’t hold it against Dr K.

The sole purpose of my visit was to discuss my most recent test results. They hadn’t been loaded into their system and i waited over an hour for that to be resolved. Upon learning that my confidence in MCI was shaken by that and the suggestion of repeating that test, he encouraged me to seek a second opinion. No empathy for my frustration, no accountability or professionalism. Absolutely disrespectful.
