The doc was good but i didn't receive enough anesthesia and started flailing my arm halfway during the procedure. Not so good to happen to you when you have a 6 inch needle hanging out of your neck.

Completely unprepared, didn’t read any of the notes prior to entering the meeting didn’t refer to the notes from my doctor prior, and had the attitude of a first year MEd student. He seem to have a hard time, listening, and following what I was telling him even though I had explained to him I have been through EACH ONE of the procedures BEFORE! He was trying to describe to me in a way you would a child. I AM 60 years old, and I DONT stand for ANY PERSON TELLING ME WHAT IM GOING TO DO. I’m sure you would agree that this is NOY HOW YOU WANT YOUR (POTENTIAL) PATIENTS TO FEEL! His obvious shock when I did not respond, favorably when he told me to sit down and stay here when I was attempting to leave, I’m not a dog, and he is by no means any type of God. I don’t even think he’s a decent bedside manner doctor. Based on today’s experience, there’s no need to EVER RECOMMEND to my friends but they will know. FOR SURE! Dr.Puttz is more accurate.

The whole situation was handled very professionly. Checking in, the waiting time was minimal, and the nurse was very thorough. Once I was in the room to get a shot in my hip, Dr. Puttlitz was polite, friendly, and professional. He talked the whole time telling me what he was doing at all times. I felt no pain during the process although I thought the procedure was going to be extremely painful. Dr. Puttlitz asked me to talk to the person on my right side. I think to distrack me from seeing the needle. I am a 20 Year Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and was a Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman. The Care I have received at the Core Institute and DR Kirk Puttlitz has been Beyond Reproach for 10 Years!! I Recommend the Core to All Active Duty and Retirees at Luke Air Force Base.

Rude demeanor. Felt threatened and very upset. Was asked questions that did not pertain to reason of visit. Was not explained why the questioning. Was made to feel ashamed and belittled and was very stearnly when upset to watch the language when none of it was towards the doctor. Went for a surgery referral and was made to feel like a hopeless dirty drug addict when not the case. Was strictly accused of family drug abuse when none was given. Should not be allowed to work in any facility that deals with humans. was asked if I have had any history of being sexually abused. If I had OCD and schizophrenia. No reason for that line of personal and humiliating questioning when I'm there for hip surgery that I have been needing for over 20+ years. Was talked down to like a child and treated like a narcotic addict just looking for a quick fix. Never in my 40+years as a patient or as a working nurse have I seen such a blatant disregard for another human being. Puttlitz manners were disgusting .

He had refused to help me with my bulging disc, I had verbally told him that the treatment being asked for wouldnt affect breastmilk, but until I provided written proof that the treatment I was asking for wouldn't affect my breastmilk it still took him weeks to be willing to do any kind of treatment. I've been dealing with a bulged disc since Nov 23rd of 2021. Saw him Dec 9th of 2021, he's barely now willing to do treatment. He's also a doctor, he could have figured out what treatment would best help me, and instead he left it to me to provide information.

I went in hoping for some relief from pain. Instead I got x-ray and urine sample. He said I should come back in two weeks and he would give me Oxy for pain if my urine test came back O.K. I am 74 years old suffering from a fall in my home June 19th and now I can't get into see him for three weeks as he is booked. Frustrated to say the least.
