Dr. Puttlitz has been my pain management physician for many years. At one point he had moved from one company and I had to find him to continue receiving treatment from him. He is very good at his job. I have referred him to others who need help with pain management.

Dr. Puttlitz received his pain management and spine fellowship training at KDV Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Ltd. His fellowship included extensive training in cervical and lumbar epidurals, discography, facet and sacroiliac injections, and more. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr. Puttlitz attended the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He was Magna Cum Laude Graduate at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he graduated with his medical degree. He also attended the State University of New York at Buffalo for his bachelor in science degree where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
