He was very thorough with explanations and referred me to another doctor within piedmont ent who he felt was a better fit for my situation.

Dr. Chen was on time. His nurse was friendly and efficient. He made my visit comfortable and I never felt rushed. Even my scope was a comfortable and painless experience.

I’m so happy to have Dr Chin as my ENT since he joined the practice..,

Appointment was at 10:15 am and didn’t get called in until 11:05. I left at 11:20 because I was still waiting to be seen.

He's an excellent doctor and very thorough and has my highest respect. -- The office check-in however, is far too long -- one time maybe, but the same information every time is not patient friendly. -- but that applies to the office management, not the doctor.

My appointment was at 10:00. I waited until 10:20 then asked how much longer I had to wait. The rep spoke with someone in the back and then informed me that they could not provide me with a time. I left and will never return. Very unprofessional.
