Continue to receive top-notch care and treatment from Dr. Schaap. Have had to have rotator cuff repair to L shoulder in 2022 and now am 5wks post-op R. Her use of nerve block requires less sedation and leads to improved post-op recovery and pain management. Highly recommend her and her team-PA’s, nurses and PT!!

I feel very rushed, and ignored. I understand healthcare is overwhelmed. I work at the hospital. I don’t feel heard. I have been seen 3 times and every time I have to repeat my history, no one reads the chart or is prepared. I get asked the same questions each time. No follow up is scheduled. I feel like they don’t want to deal with me and I still have pain. I will not be retuning to St. Cloud ortho. I am very disappointed as I work with these doctors in a hospital setting, and was surprised how they run the clinic.

We love Tom! We are very happy when he walks through the door and administers the shots. He is very professional and thorough! He is a great asset to SC Orthopedics. (and he did not pay us to say this).

Dr. Schaap answered all our questions and was easy to talk to being open to explaining all options and considerations.

Slick and quick

Didn't look at my injury and didn't even care of the significant pain was having. Didn't even care about swelling was having. No examination of injury. Read results from 6 or 7 years ago from doctor apt/MRI to come to the conclusion of her own, Without even examining injury. 6 or 7 years is a long time for chronic injury to get worse. Did exrays at least but that just shows spacing where cartilage should be, but just like my old x rays, had spacing but MRI showed no cartilage in spots where X-ray should good spacing. But no cartilage under knee caps. She seemed sure of herself, nice, an explained her conclusion in detail and was easily understanding. But how can u come to conclusion with 6 year 7 year old MRI results, nor even examining the knees, not even touching them. To me waste of 200$ plus. in my opinion complete waste of Time. nice workers. Clean building an professional.

Dr Schaap replaced my knee a year ago. My scar barely shows and my life has changed dramatically. I can keep up with the grandkids with NO pain.
