Procedure performed with minimal discomfort. Responded promptly when I became lightheaded. Curious to see how it heals. Surprised that I didn’t receive printed home care instructions & a few basic bandages. It requires more than a bandaid.

Dr Booth didn’t really explain anything, didn’t even mention medication (had the assistant break the news to me), and was basically shooting down every solution possible that I proposed. Seemed like the visit was an inconvenience to her, almost like she was rushing and wasn’t interested in helping me solve my issue. I left the office relatively upset knowing that the visit seemed artificial and disingenuous considering that the office solved a similar issue in the past. The assistant seemed more professional and concerned with my issue than Dr Booth did herself. She left the room awkwardly without explaining anything (including medication), still leaving me in the dark as to why the issue cannot be fixed. I hope to follow up with someone else in the future who will at least explain why it can’t be fixed this time.
