He makes you feel comfortable as soon as he walks into the office. He talks to you and explains what he is going to do. Professional yet explains in a way I understand.

He is a great doctor, so thorough and cheerful, a pleasure to consult with!

Prior visit, he said that repairing would be a short term fix and shoulder replacement was his recommendation but we should continue PT to help reduce inflammation and get to where I could hold my arm out lateral to my shoulder. Accomplished. At today’s visit I asked if we could test for allergies to the metals in the shoulder replacement piece. He was surprised that I mentioned shoulder replacement and said that they would just do surgery to repair the tears. And that a reverse shoulder replacement (which he also advised against before) was about 20 years down the road. I am 72. At my first visit there was someone in the exam room with him whom I assumed was taking notes for my visit. They sure left out some relevant and important information.

Was referred and seen right away for knee injury. Approachable and very knowledgeable. Explained MRI findings of acute v multiple chronic conditions. He reassured me that the MCL tear would heal without surgery(best news ever) and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Doctor Seng is really knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed both my shoulder tear and knee tear. I could not sleep at night due to should pain then the knee pain. I am very happy I can have a good sleep now as sleep is so important to our health and I could lose my job if I can’t sleep well. He is very friendly and always answer all my questions.

Medically we had to have a conversation that was difficult. However, when he explained it to me, it just made so much sense, and I wish I was surprise. I didn’t see it before I went to the office he was excellent just excellent and he referred me to another doctor in the clinic for to talk about my situation which I’ll do next week and then I’ll go back and talk to him about what my options are, but he is a fantastic person and is able to talk about difficult topics in a very straightforward and easy way. I couldn’t ask for more. He’s also a great shoulder surgeon who replaced my left shoulder and it is perfect. I am waiting for when he can do my right shoulder, and I have every expectation that it will come out the same way as my left shoulder did perfect , you won’t find anybody better
