He was very thorough, professional and empathetic with my daughter while listening to her describe how she got injured during soccer practice. He was also patient and pragmatic during his assessment and diagnosis.

Took the time to explain everything on my MRI. Gave me options and allowed me to make my own decision!

Excellent. Just wish I had five more minutes, but that's not his fault.

I do not blame any doc for the abbreviated amount of time given for a visit, but I’ll declare that it is an issue that insurance and the medical industry needs to address.

I really liked Dr. Seng when I met with him a few months ago about my AVN knee pain. So I was disappointed this appointment with how I was treated. My pain was dismissed and when on the verge of tears asking for a better pain management plan he shrugged and said “I don’t prescribe narcotics” I wasn’t even asking for narcotics! I had to go to my oncologist for pain mgmt- was prescribed gabapentin and celecoxib. NOT narcotics. Pain has improved a bit! I held back tears on the way out of his office. His demeanor for the majority of the appointment was just chilling on the exam table or hands in his pockets slouched out on a chair, it felt very nonchalant for an appointment about increased pain for AVN. Was told to “modify my job” and that maybe my body was just getting used to walking around more on dead bones and that the pain would maybe go away. Essentially felt like I was punted to another doctor to be somebody else’s problem.
