Dr. Ahmed completed her three-year surgical residency training at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan, where she served as chief resident.
During residency, Dr. Ahmed obtained a well-rounded training in caring for a diverse patient population. She has extensive experience with the conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle pathologies, medical and surgical management of the diabetic lower extremity, wound care, sports medicine, and trauma. Dr. Ahmed’s care philosophy emphasizes open communication and establishing attainable goals with her patients.
