He did a great history his diagnosis is probably right just not what I want to hear

felt rushed off phone, patients just a number, needs to work on empathy. Said could not help, but delivery in giving information does matter. You have no idea what the person is going through that’s why they chose your practice. Would not recommend to a friend based on that appt.

Dr. Schaffer is professional and always punctual. I know when I have an appointment I wont be waiting for long. The staff is super helpful and never had any claims issues. My only small tiny complaint (which is petty) is the 2 year expiration for new patients. I always miss the deadline by a month or so and am treated as a new patient.

We have been seeing Dr. Schaffer for over three years for our two daughters. He has been amazing in diagnosing and treating multiple severe food allergies, eczema and asthma. We will always stay with him, as we can trust him and his abilities to keep our kids healthy and safe.
