My procedure was fast and I was explained everything
Very professional and great bedside manner.. Thank you.
Excellent Doctor!! The staff and workers and anastesheolgist are all the Best!!
I wasn’t completely cleaned out so colonoscopy was canceled. My husband said the the dr when telling us it had to be rescheduled he was smirking like it was a joke I had to come back. I tried very hard to do prep correctly and was disappointed that it didn’t work. Did not appreciate that the dr took it so lightly.
Very friendly and takes the time needed to explain things.
Very professional And talked to me before the procedure
Competent, professional, and courteous.
Very pleasant , to the point, efficient & professional. Good experience. - which I think is pretty hard for a colonoscopy 😺. All the staff were very good also
Dr. Peifer did not take the time to listen or understand my concerns, he frequently cut me off while speaking and actually cut time short. I left his office feeling as if it was a complete waste of time and resources for everyone involved — including him. Why see patients when you will not take the time or make any effort to listen to what is happening with them?
Always great visits. The entire staff was on point with their communication skills. Impressed with Kevin’s politeness, willingness to help and honestly nice demeanor. I’m always impressed by professionals being leaders as well.
