Doc Murphy did a thorough exam. Wants MRI, to see more.
When I booked appt I asked if Doc Murphy worked Glute pain and was told yes. Asked the same when I checked in and was told yes. Asked the same when I did intake and was told no. Happy to go see a specialist, but I wish your re staff would have provided valid info. My co-Pay is $75 so I have to pay this again tomorrow. This does not reflect on Doc Murphy. . He was awesome and his assistant was awesome.

Dr. Kevin Murphy is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine. During his collegiate career, Dr. Murphy played football for Army, which ignited his passion to pursue a career in the sports medicine field.
Dr. Murphy is a retired Army Colonel and has used his medical training to serve his country in many ways, including as the orthopedic consultant to The White House and The Pentagon. He is also the former chief of orthopedics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Sports medicine is his passion, which he uses to serve the Jacksonville community as the team physician for various Duval and St. John’s county high schools, as well as for the Jacksonville Icemen and the University of North Florida Athletics.
