Easy to talk to and very reassuring.
Top shelf. Thorough, punctual, polite - doing the right things right. Definitely recommend SOS.
Super professional
Honestly, I felt like a piece of meat at a processing center. He was in and out in record time. Asked nothing about my history, what I needed, or how I used my shoulder. He proceeded to order physical therapy - something I’ve been doing for over 20 years, which if he’d ask ANY questions would have learned quickly - said my pain wasn’t to a level of needing a shot for relief and ordered an expensive MRI which would have been a complete waste of time if all I was going to do was continue with physical therapy. His nurse/tech then proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t lift my arm above my shoulder…this to a person who swims ocean marathons of 9-12 miles. Switching to JOI.
Dr Murphy is top notch. Consumate professional!
He was very aloof. He didn’t offer any explanations unless I asked. He didn’t even try to find out what’s actually going on.
Great office personality and explained everything carefully and efficiently. Liked the fact I got in and out and had no wait time.
Very helpful and he paid attention to everything I was saying. Felt like he cared thank you
Dr Murphy is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great surgeon. My highest recommendation!
Very professional, respectful, and caring.
