He is fellowship trained in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine from OSS Health in York, Pa. Dr. Mesina provides comprehensive, non-surgical care for neck pain, back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, arthritis, tendon injuries, peripheral nerve disorders, and other musculoskeletal conditions. His expertise includes advanced image-guided procedures with both X-ray and Ultrasound guidance, electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS), regenerative medicine techniques, and minimally invasive spine interventions.
He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University of Virginia Health, where he served as Chief Resident, demonstrating a commitment to leadership, education, and excellence in patient care.
