Very thoughtful about my issues
Dr McCann listened to me and allowed me to be part of plan of care moving forward.
Great attention to detail while reviewing my son’s injury. Took the time to answer all our questions and did an x-ray to make sure it wasn’t broken.
I cried when I left there. Never have felt like I didn’t need to be there before. I was told before, due to my neuropathy that I shouldn’t be clipping my own toenails due to the numbness in my toes Dr McCann said I should just go for a pedicure! I have never been so insulted I live daily with numbness,pain and trouble walking due to the fact my feet and brain don’t always know what each other is doing. Dr McCann took absolutely no time to even begin to understand my background I certainly hope no one else has to experience what I did today
This was an appointment my daughter attended by herself for an injured foot. My daughter told me that Dr. McCann seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment. They did do an x-ray, and he said there wasn’t anything he could see on the x-ray. But if it still hurts, she should put a walking boot on it for six weeks. And then in her words, “he basically ran out of the room.” Appt over. She was seen 1st thing this morning in the walk in urgent clinic. This is such a bummer which is unfortunate because St. Cloud orthopedic is top-notch typically. We have been thru SCO A LOT with three kids in sports through many, many years of injuries, and we have referred SCO to everyone we know because of the exemplary service, so today’s appointment was really disheartening.
