Dr. Martinez completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where he earned the Academic Excellence Award. He completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at LSUHSC the following year. Dr. Martinez is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as in Pain Management and has been in practice since 2005.
In addition to being a specialist in the field of Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Martinez is also an instructor for the International Spine Intervention Society, training his peers in interventional procedures. He is proud to care for the people of his native New Orleans.
