Kevin Lasseigne, Jr., MD is a fellowship-trained physician specializing in interventional spine as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr. Lasseigne focuses his practice on nonsurgical management and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries with a primary emphasis on spine related pain. In addition, Dr. Lasseigne specializes in electrodiagnostic medicine, performing nerve conduction studies for common nerve related injuries as well as the treatment of chronic migraine headaches utilizing botulinum toxin (“Botox”).
Dr. Lasseigne received his interventional spine fellowship training at The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA) in Arizona. He completed his residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he was appointed Chief Resident. In addition, he completed a transitional year internship at Baptist Health Systems in Alabama. He obtained his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, and his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Dr. Lasseigne is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPMR), and North American Spine Society (NASS).

He was incredibly professional and thoughtful through out my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard snd cared for. He took the time to listen carefully to my medical concerns, and it was clear he had already reviewed my X-ray throughly before our appointment. He immediately identified the issue and explained everything to me clearly and compassionately. I left feeling reassured and confident, and especially since he didn’t waste any time—he provided a solution right away and scheduled my procedure promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Lasseigne to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic physician.
